1 1/3 c sugar
1/2 c shortening
1 c mashed banana (2-3 bananas)
2 eggs
1/2 c sour milk
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/2 c nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Beat sugar, shortening, and eggs. Add bananas and milk alternately with dry ingredients. Bake in large greased pan for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
