2 egg yolk (1/4 cup egg beaters preferred over eggs)
12 oz. Evaporated Milk
14-15 oz. Cream of coconut (Coco Lopez preferred)
14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup aged rum
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Thin sweetened condensed milk and cream of coconut by heating cans in warm water to make emptying cans easier.

Warm eggs and evaporated milk in a double boiler first for safety.

Mix all liquid ingredients, making sure it is not to hot when you add the rum.

Mix spices together and add to the liquid ingredients.

Put in very clean bottles.

Let sit in the refrigerator 24-48 hours before serving for best results.
