1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and bananas. Sift together flour, salt and soda in separate bowl. Add to mixture along with walnuts. Bake 1 hour.
