½ pint whipping cream
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
salt
21 graham crackers
2 T. sugar
1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Chill whipping cream, dissolve lemon jello in hot water, chill until syrupy. Mix sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Whip cream, add jello and cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into 13 x 9 Pyrex dish, which has been lined with crushed graham crackers mixed with sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle 7 crushed graham crackers on top. Put in refrigerator until set.
