10 Eggs
15 Tablespoons of sugar
20 Tablespoons Of EVOO
4 Cups of Flour
1 lemon grated
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg whites until stiff with an electric mixer.

Add the yolks and continue to mix well .

Add flour, 1 cup at a time. Mix well .

Add sugar and mix until creamy .


Heat and spray pizzelle maker .

Enjoy with powder sugar, Nutella or as is !
