1 large stale loaf of bread
2 eggs
1 can chicken broth
1 Tsp pepper
1 Tsp sage
1 onion diced
2 stalks of celery diced

Directions:
Directions:
open loaf of bread the evening before so it can get stale
mix in bowl eggs, broth, salt, pepper, and sage
break bread into small pieces in a big bowl with onions and celery mix all together
pour in eggs, broth, and seasoning mix making sure all the bread is soaked

spray baking dish with pam and pour in mixture bake on 350 degrees for at least 45 min. checking occasionally for the center to be done usually lightly browned
