1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. oil
2 eggs
4 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugars, butter and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together the dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed mixture. Form into balls and place on baking sheet, press down with a glass dipped into sugar. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
