2 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together shredded coconut, palm sugar, and salt.
Melt the coconut oil.
Stir in the coconut oil, vanilla, eggs, and mix together well.
Stir in chips and walnuts.
Take scoops of batter and place on cookie sheet; flatten into circles.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
Store in fridge or freezer.
