1/4 cup chili powder
1 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp oil, olive, canola or avocado
2 cups broth, chicken or veggie
1 6oz tomato paste
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet mix flour and chili powder together, whisk till thoroughly combined.
Add oil and whisk to combine. Heat on low for 2 minutes.
Increase heat to medium, add broth, tomato paste, oregano, cumin, stirring to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cooking uncovered for 10 minutes, until sauce thickens and smooths out.
Add salt and sugar, adjusting seasonings to taste.
