1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 heaping c. Cool Whip
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 lag. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine. Add flour and nuts; mix. Spread out thinin a 9 x 13 in. pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix pudding as directed on package; spread over creamcheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts. Keep in refrigerator.
