4 T. Warm Water

Directions:
Using Blade, put two stacks of Ritz crackers into the food processor & set on high. Run until the crackers are finely ground. Transfer into a large bowl. Cut up the carrot and onion and put the pieces into the food processor. Run the food processor on high until carrot pieces are finely ground and onion is almost pureed. Pour the carrot & onion mixture over the finely ground Ritz crackers. Add the oil and water to the mixture. Mix well and kneed with your hands as if you were mixing dough. If you are stuffing your turkey you will need to triple the recipe. If you are not stuffing the turkey, pour the mixture into an oven safe pan and cover with foil. If you are baking the staffing in a pan, you will need to bake it for 1 hour. If you are stuffing the turkey, follow the directions for how to cook the turkey. If the stuffing looks dry, you can pour a little turkey drippings or canned chicken/turkey broth over it.
