1 large package chicken legs, thawed
1 bottle Iron Chef Original General Tso’s Sauce
1 bottle Iron Chef Sesame Garlic Sauce

Using thawed chicken legs, cut 1” slits around each leg penetrating to the bone. Mix both sauces together in a large bowl; place chicken legs into mixture coating each one completely. Marinate 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Save marinating sauce after removing chicken for use in basting while baking chicken.

Bake chicken legs in pre-heated 350 degree oven placing pieces on PAM sprayed foil covered cookie sheet for 40 – 50 minutes, depending on size of chicken legs, or until well-done. Turn legs about half-way through baking and coat each piece with marinade. To brown and set glaze, place under broiler for an additional few minutes watching carefully.
