6 halved chicken breasts
6 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil

Coating:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper & garlic powder

Sauce :
1 can whole mushrooms or fresh
1/2 cup dry white wine or sherry
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cups sliced carrots

Directions:

Blend flour mixture and coat chicken. Heat oil in skillet and brown.

Combine sauce ingredients and pour over chicken. Simmer for 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
