Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 oz log goat cheese
dried black mission figs
honey
crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Using a small sharp knife, slice goat cheese log in 1/4 inch slices. If needed pat each slice with fingers to form a disc, place on top of cracker.
Thinly slice black mission figs lengthwise. Place one fig slice on top of each cracker.
Drizzle honey over crackers. (NOTE: I used truffly honey, which is honey in which a couple slices of truffle (mushroom) are suspended on a toothpick in the bottle. Regular honey is fine as well).
