Ingredients:  
1 pkg. (7 oz.) Creamettes
1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
(or 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast halves)
2 cups milk
4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup chopped celery, optional
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cans Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken soup

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Top with cracker crumbs that have been tossed in melted butter.
