1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla

1½ c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Slowly add dry mixture into wet mixture and stir until a thick dough forms. Roll 1" balls in granulated sugar and place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
