1 pkg (6 oz.) cheddar cheese croutons
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 eggs, separated
1 3/4 cups milk
1 tsp. onion salt
Dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, heat milk, cheese, croutons, onion salt, dry mustard, and cayenne; stir until cheese is melted. Remove from heat; gradually add slightly beaten egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites; pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, or until brown and set in center. Serve immediately. .
