4 cups water
1½ tbsp yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 cup lard or cooking oil
Flour - enough to make a soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Warm water, add other ingredients and keep adding flour until dough is not sticky but soft. Let rise for 30 min, shape into buns and let rise until doubled. Bake at 400ºF for about 17 minutes.
