2 - eggs
2 c. - sugar
2 c. - green tomatoes, diced fine or put in blender
1 tsp. - salt
1 c. - chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. - oil
1 T. - vanilla
3 c. - flour
1 tsp. - baking soda
1 T. - cinnamon
tsp. - baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, sugar, green tomatoes, salt, nuts, oil and vanilla in large bowl. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder. Add to egg mixture. Pour into 2 greased and floured 5 x 9 loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 1 hour, or until tester comes out clean.
