16 hard boiled eggs
3 Tbsp. yellow mustard ( not dry mustard, French's )
3 Tbsp. vinegar ( she uses apple cider vinegar )
1/2 c. mayo. or salad dressing ( she uses 1/2 and 1/2 )
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
have the hard boiled eggs and remove the yokes to a mixing bowl and mash them up
then add the vinegar, mustard, mayo or salad dressing and salt and pepper
then taste if there's it needs more vinegar or mustard add more if its too much you can boil a few more eggs yokes
when you have the taste right the refill the eggs whites and sprinkle with with paprika chill and serve
