1 package Pepperidge Farm cornmeal stuffing mix
1 package Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
6 slices of white bread torn in pieces
1 small onion chopped
1/2 C chopped celery
1/4 C chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. sage (be sure it is fresh)
salt and pepper to taste
butter
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:

Lightly saute the onions, celery and parsley in a little butter
Mix bread and dry mixes together
Add sage and sauteed vegetables
Put a kettle on to boil
Pour boiling water over all ingredients, have it very juicy.
Put stuffing into buttered pan
Dot with butter before baking at 350 for about 45 min
You can baste with turkey drippings or broth as it cooks

This recipe was given to me by Momma with a "Good Luck" at the bottom!

I love it and make it often for Thanksgiving. I add a lot of broth because I remember it very moist.

I usually half the recipe because it makes a lot. Or freeze a pan for Christmas!
