8 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 t. nutmeg
1 level T. flour
1 t. salt
5 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat eggs with flour, salt, sugar and nutmeg. Stir in milk and pour batter through strainer into unbaked deep 9 inch pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until pie is set.
