1/4 c butter
3/4 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp almond extract
Pink food coloring (optional)
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c maraschino cherries (drained and chopped)
3/4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and almond extract.
Add food coloring, four, baking soda and salt.
Add cherries and chocolate chips.
Use cookie scoop and place dough balls on baking sheet.
Bake for 14-16 minutes.
