3/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sour milk
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
1 c. mashed bananas (2 or 3)
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes in a 10 x 15 pan for bars or a 9 x 13 pan for cake. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
