1 c. real mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can artichokes, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Spread in an 8x8 in. pan or casserole. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
