4 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. cream
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1 c. flour, for potatoes
1 c. flour, to roll

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and mash. Add butter, cream, salt and sugar. When cold, add 1 cup of flour; knead. (put into refrigerator overnight to cool) Form into small balls, about 11. Roll out thin and bake on a lefa grill. Grill should be set at 500 degrees. Bake until light brown on one side before turning. (some bubbles will be light brown)
