1/4 cup chopped onion
1 small green pepper
1 Tbsp butter
1 can Cream Corn 17 oz
1 can whole kernel corn 17 oz
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 small package Jeffy corn Muffing mix
1/2 pint sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated

Brown onion and pepper in butter add to both cans of corn, eggs and muffin mix.
Top with sour cream and cheddar cheese
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degree's
