1⅓ c brown sugar
3 c sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 T margarine
½ c milk
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grease an 8" x 8" pan.

Combine brown sugar, salt and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to prevent from burning.

Lower heat slightly and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture is slightly thickened.

Move mixture to a bowl and add margarine and vanilla.

Cool, then add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.

Press into prepared pan and cool.
