1 Prepared Pie Crust
⅔ C Crushed Corn Flakes
5-6 C Peeled & Sliced Apples
½ C Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Egg White
1 C Confectioners Sugar
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the pie crust rolls and moisten the edges to stick together on bottom crust to cover pan. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Roll half of dough and place in pan. Sprinkle with corn flakes. Spread apple slices evenly over crust and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Place the top crust on top of the apples. Seal the edges with a fork. Beat egg white until stiff. Brush over the top crust and bake for 40 minutes in 400º oven. Combine confectioners sugar and lemon juice to create a glaze. While the apple bars are still hot, drizzle with the glaze.
