3 sticks margarine
1 C cocoa

3 C sugar
6 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 C Flour

Melt together margarine and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
