Ingredients: 2½ cups Almond flour I cup sugar ¼ tsp salt 2 large egg whites rook temperature ½ tsp almond extract ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 cup confectioners sugar for rolling sliced flacked almonds for topping

Directions:preheat oven 350 line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl combine almond flour, sugar, and salt set aside In a second bowl with stand up mixer or hand mixer with whisk attached beat egg white until soft peaks gently stir egg whites into almond flour mixture to make dough
in a shallow bowl add confectioners sugar, coat hands with confectioners sugar and roll 1 tablespoon of dough into balls. roll cookie balls into confectioners sugar. Then place on the lined baking sheet 1 inch apart/ top with flacked almond.
bake 20 -22 minutes allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a hour 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely |
