2 or 3 cucumbers, sliced thin
1 onion sliced thin
1 cup Sour cream
Dill weed
2 tsp. Apple cider Vinegar
2 tsp. Salt for water
½ tsp pepper
Sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the cucumbers and onions in salt water. Put ice on the top. Then put a plate and something heavy on keep the cucumbers from floating. Let them soak for 3-4 hours. Drain and rinse. In bowl, combine the sour cream, dill weed, vinegar, pepper and sugar to make a dressing. Add the cucumbers to the dressing.

In the old days, grandma used heavy cream from their dairy cows. Mom said that she made this a lot on the farm.
