Tilapia
Olive oil
1 c.bread crumbs
2 T. sesame seeds

Avacado Tomato Salsa:
1 avacado, peeled and chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 red onion, chopped finely
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. white cumin
1 tsp. cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the fish in olive oil and then cover with the bread crumb and sesame seed mixture. Pan fry in olive oil until thoroughly cooked.

Combine the avacado, tomato, red onion, white vinegar, white cumin, cilantro, fresh garlic and pepper. Top the pan-fried fish with the Avacado-Tomatoe Salsa.....delicious!

You can substitute your favorite mild whitefish for the tilapia.
