In one bowl 2 eggs - beaten.
Mix in 1 cup buttermilk (or sour cream) and 1 cup sugar
Mix in separate Bowl:
2 ˝ cups flour sifted with 2 heaping teaspoons baking powder, 1/8 teaspoon salt…add to egg mixture and pour into well-greased pan.
Melt ˝ lb. butter (approx) and pour over top of batter
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top and bake 350 degrees, 10 – 15 minutes.
