1/2 c. mayonaisse
9 slices bread
1-1/2 c. monterey jack, shredded
1 c. lump crabmeat
1/2 c. green onions, chopped finely
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brush mini-muffin tins with 1T. mayonnaise. Trim crusts from bread slices and cut each slice into 4 squares; press each square into a muffin tin cup.

Mix remaining mayonnaise, cheese, crabmeat, green onions, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce. Spoon a teaspoon full into bread squares. Bake at 350 F. for 15-20 minutes.
