½ cup softened butter
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt

Topping:
24 caramels
1 tbsp. whiskey
3 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
Kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Beat butter and sugars in large bowl until crumbly. Beat in the yogurt, oil, and vanilla.
Gradually beat the dry mixture into dough.

Shape into 1 inch balls and flatten with a glass. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until edges are slightly brown; 7-9 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Melt the caramels and whiskey in a microwave and stir until smooth. Spread over cookies. Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with the kosher salt.
