Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We could not find Grandma's recipe for braciole so JoAnn was able to locate Aunt Gloria's recipe. Amounts are typical of the way the ladies cooked, change to your personal taste. Don't know how much 2 drops of oil are! Grandma and Aunt Gloria probably were the best cooks of Nonna's recipes since the other sisters didn't cook much at all. Aunt Mare tried, but it usually wasn't very good. In checking the internet for recipes, the stuffing ingredients vary with location in Italy. Some include many other ingredients like hard boiled eggs and vegetables. Ours was just plain egg, cheese and Italian bread crumbs from stale bread.
