½ cup 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons milk
1 bag strawberry ice cream cone chocolate kisses
Sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy
Mix in the egg and vanilla until well combined
Add flour, baking soda, and salt, and mix until well combined
Divide dough using a cookie dough scoop and roll into balls
Roll ball in sprinkles then place on baking sheet
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden
Remove from oven and immediately add chocolate kiss pressing down gently
Let cool and remove to wire rack
Store in an airtight container
