Directions:
1 Loaf of Frozen Bread (Rhodes)
Throw overnight in fridge. PUt a little Crisco on wax paper before placing dough in fridge. Next day have 9 x 15 baking pan ready. Also spread little crisco on bottom of baking pan.
Let dough rise, covered with towel on top in warm place. I warm oven before, but turn oven off before placing this in oven.
This dough does NOT have to raise alot. Next make finger indentations in top of dough. Try not to make holes in dough.
Spread oil over top. I use pastry brush, then salt, garlic salt, pepper or any mixture you like.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
