½ lb almond paste
½ lb pignolli nuts
1 cup granulated sugar
2 egg white, beaten stiff

1.) Crumb up almond paste until fine.

2.) Add sugar, work into paste.

3.) Add egg whites to paste. Mix.

4.) Spoon finger full in nuts. Roll into nuts. Place onto parchment paper.

5.) Set oven to 350ºF. Bake 15-20 mins.

6.) Leave on paper for 5 mins then cool on cooling rack.
