2 eggs, well beaten
1-1/2 cups sour cream
2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Add well beaten eggs to brown sugar and mix well. Sift flour, soda and salt together. Add alternately with sour cream . Mix with egg and sugar. Dissolve cocoa with hot water and add to batter, mixing well. Bake at 375 degrees. Makes 3 layers or one large flat pan.
