¼ cup shortening
2 lbs beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¾ cup ketchup
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp dry mustard
1½ cup water
2 TBSP flour

¼ cup water
3 cup noodles

1.) Melt shortening, add beef, onion, and garlic in skillet. Cook meat until brown.

2.) Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire, sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, and 1½ cups of water. Cover and simmer 2½ hours.

3.) Blend flour and cup water to thicken.
