2/3 cup butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
4 Tbsp milk + 1 Tbsp vinegar
1 cup pecans, chopped
1-1/4 cups bananas, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and soured milk, add bananas. Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda; mix well. Add pecans. Grease bundt pan well. Pour cake batter into pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, and then turn over onto wire rack to finish cooling.
