1 4-5 lb. rump roast
Try to get the end cut which is triangular in shape.

Preheat oven to 325º
Place roast in covered roasting pan with about 1 c. water in bottom of pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roast until fork tender, about 3-4 hours.
Add more water if necessary (to make gravy).
