DRESSING:
¼ c. sugar (or 6 Equal packets)
¼ tsp. celery seed
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. paprika
1 T. catsup
2 T. vinegar
⅓ c. cooking oil
4 butter crackers (Ritz)
1 clove garlic, sliced

SALAD:
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
2 apples, cored and cut into wedges
2 bananas, peeled
2 T. creamy peanut butter
Salad greens

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients and beat well. Rub crackers with garlic and crumble into dressing.
Divide bananas lengthwise, spread peanut butter, put together and cut into round slices.
Arrange greens; top with fruit. Ladle on dressing.
