1 c. lukewarm water
2 tsp. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine melted
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
3 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 1/2 c. lukewarm water
8 - 10 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put 1 c. lukewarm water in a bowl. Add 2 tsp. sugar and yeast. Mix and let stand 10 minutes.
2. In a large mixing bowl put 1/2 c. sugar, melted margarine, and cook slightly.
3. Add butter flavoring, salt, vinegar, and water and mix.
4. Add yeast mixture and stir in flour. Mixing well.
5. Turn out on a floured surface. Knead until elastic and not sticky (8 -10 minutes). Add more flour if needed.
6. Grease a large bowl. Put dough in bowl and cover and let rise until doubled in size. Knead down and let rise again.
7. Make into rolls/buns and place in 9x13 pan or cookie sheet. Bake 400º for 15 - 20 minutes. Or make it into 4 loaves, baking 40 - 50 minutes.
8. Once bread is done, brush tops with butter to give a smooth finish. Remove from pan and let cool.
