Mix 1st layer ingredients and spread in 9” x 13” oven-safe dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Mix 2nd layer ingredients and spread on cooled crust. Mix 3rd layer ingredients and pour on cream cheese layer. 4th layer, top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
