1 (16 oz.) package pound cake mix
3 eggs
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 ( 8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 (16 oz.) can of pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press into bottom of 15x10 jellyroll pan or 9x13 cake pan, set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add in sweetened condensed milk, remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice and salt, mix well. Pour over crust, sprinkle nuts on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill and cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
