1 Large canned Alaska King Salmon (Red can)
or you can use smoked salmon homemade or store-bought 16 oz
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon grated onion
2 teaspoon horseradish
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon liquid smoke


Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon, if using canned you will need to remove a few bones.

If you are using smoked, you just need to break it up into very, very small pieces

Add remaining ingredients and shape into a ball
.
Serve with crackers or small breads
