Directions:
Directions:
Beat 5 eggs until creamy, add 1 cup sugar and beat.
Add:
2 tbsp water
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla

Place wax paper on greased jelly roll pan. Spread batter in pan. Bat at 350 for 20 minutes. Invert warm cake on wet towel. Remove wax paper and roll. Cool then unroll and spread jelly over cake. Reroll and dust with powdered sugar.
